What we expect from you
Full-Cycle Recruitment
1+ year of experience in recruitment within IT, iGaming, or affiliate industries, with confidence managing the hiring process from briefing to offer stage.
Talent Sourcing & Networking
Actively source top talent through LinkedIn, Djinni, and other channels while building strong candidate pipelines.
Interviewing
Conduct initial interviews, coordinate hiring stages, and create a candidate experience that reflects the company’s values.
Recruitment Analytics
Track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment workflows, and continuously improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
HR Operations & Team Support
Support onboarding, performance reviews, internal HR processes, and help maintain documentation and policies.
Proactive & Growth-Oriented Mindset
We’re looking for someone proactive, independent, and results-driven who understands recruitment as both hiring and relationship-building.
